Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery
All services and deliverables provided by UrbnBrndStudio are digital in nature. No physical products will be shipped to you.
Final project files, drafts, and other materials will be delivered electronically via:
Email
Trello board
Secure download link
Other agreed-upon project management platforms
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated clearly at the start of each project. Turnaround times depend on:
The scope and complexity of your request
Your responsiveness to feedback and approvals
The volume of concurrent projects in progress
Standard delivery for most design requests is 2–3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Complex projects or extensive revisions may require longer timeframes. These will be noted in advance on your Trello board or communicated directly via email.
3. Rush Delivery
If you require expedited delivery, please notify meghasatish@urbnbrndstudio.com as early as possible. Rush requests are subject to:
Availability of capacity
Additional fees, which will be quoted and agreed upon in writing before work begins
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information necessary for the project
Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals
Supply any required assets (e.g., logos, text, images) in a timely manner
Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback may result in extended delivery timelines.
5. Delivery Confirmation
All files will be considered delivered upon electronic transmission to you through the agreed method (email, Trello, or download link).
If you do not receive your files as expected, please contact meghasatish@urbnbrndstudio.com within 3 business days of notification. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect contact information or email delivery failures beyond our control.
