Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or project engagement at any time by emailing meghasatish@urbnbrndstudio.com.

Upon cancellation, you have the option to:

• Pause your subscription: Your remaining days will be retained, and you may resume service at any time by notifying us in writing.

• Request a refund, subject to the terms below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date. If you request a refund within this period:

• You will receive 75% of your original payment, less any payment processing fees charged by Razorpay.

• All rights to any work, drafts, concepts, or files produced during this period will remain the property of UrbnBrndStudio and must not be used, published, or distributed.

After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Complex Projects and Turnaround Times

For complex or custom projects that require significant design time and planning, turnaround times may be longer than standard delivery times. Estimated timelines will be clearly communicated on your project Trello board or via email.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at meghasatish@urbnbrndstudio.com with:

• Your full name

• Your project or subscription details

• The email address associated with your account

• The reason for cancellation

Refunds approved under this policy will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
